The new Samsung HZ10W (WB500) digital camera with the cool ultra-wide angle 24mm Schneider lens is available for pre-oder on Amazon.com for $299.99.
Samsung has announced the HZ10W at the CES 2009.
The 24mm Schneider lens of the HZ10W goes beyond the 28mm wide‑angle focal length offered by other manufacturers while adding a 10x optical zoom with telephoto capabilities of 240mm (35mm film equivalent).
Other features of the Samsung HZ10W include 10.2MP sensor, 2.7 inch screen, up to ISO 3200, 720p HD video recording at 30fps, Dual image stabilization (optical and digital), face detection, beauty shot with red eye fix and smart album.
