Canon EOS 5D MK2 Malfunction

Seems like someone got their hand on a faulty Canon EOS 5D MarkII...

On the bright side, the camera is still new, so pretty sure the guy can exchange for a new 5D MarkII... on the down side, he will have to wait again til his new 5D MarkII to arrive...
