Gillian Anderson, Dominic West, Rosamund Pike and newcomer Daniel Kaluuya are joining Rowan Atkinson in Johnny English Reborn, which shoots for 13 weeks in the U.K. and Hong Kong starting this week.
In the sequel to the 2003 action comedy, Johnny English finds himself embroiled in trying to stop a plot by a group of international assassins hunting down the Chinese premier.
Oliver Parker is directing from a script by Hamish McColl and William Davies. The film is a Universal Pictures and Working Title production.
The original was made for $40 million and earned $160.6 million in theaters worldwide.
