EA Con is coming!

TFF Company partnering with Chong Hock Toynation will be organizing Expressive Art Convention (EA Con), an event that is centered towards pop culture hobbies such anime, drawing, gaming, cosplay and model building.

The EA Con will be held on July 16th & 17th, 2011 at Asma Hotel, and will offer various competitions such as drawing, cosplay, gundam building and game tournaments. There will also be be panels and workshops for people to share and interact with the experienced committee regarding cosplay, drawing and model hobbies.

Last Friday (01st July 2011), a briefing was held for cosplayers that have registered to join the Cosplay Competition. Present were Event Manager Shafie Rai and the Cosplay Competition Committees.

During the briefing, cosplayers were briefed about the rules of the competition and were shown the stage where they will be doing their performance. Cosplayers that are competing were also been given a date for them to do their stage rehearsal.

Other cosplayers were also present to have a look at the venue and also to give support to fellow cosplayers who will be competing in EA Con.

Tickets for EA Con have already started selling at TFF Company and Chong Hock Toynation, Kiulap at the price of $15 for the two day event. Child below 10 years old does not need a ticket but to attend must be accompanied with guardian.

For those who are only interested in sightseeing and taking photos, there will be plenty of activities available, there will be panels and workshops, exhibition booths, photo-shoot session and many more.
