BIBD's Remembrance Prayers At Royal Mausoleum

Bandar Seri Begawan - The Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam Berhad (BIRD) and its Group of Companies held a Tahlil ceremony at the Royal Mausoleum for the late parents of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang DiPertuan of Brunei Darussalam,A1-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Muhammad Jamalul Alam and for Al-Marhumah Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit binti Pengiran Bendahara Pengiran Anak Abdul Rahman.
Leading the prayers was Pehin Orang Kaya Seri Dewa Major General (Rtd) Dato Seri Pahlawan Awang Haji Mohammad bin Haji Daud, the Minister of Energy at the Prime Minister's Office who is also the Deputy Chairman of BIBD.
The event was also attended by BIBD's Board of Directors, members of the Syariah Advisory Body, officers and staff of BIBD and its group of companies.
The recital of Surat Yassin, tahlil and doa arwah was led by Pehin Khatib Hj Hamidon bin Begawan Pehin Siraja Khatib Dato Paduka Seri Setia Hj Abd Hamid.
