Canon EOS 7D
and here is the EOS 7D side-by-side with the EOS 50D...
and here are two shots taken at ISO3200 with the image being reduced to 3200x2400, no noise reduction was applied.
and this one is taken using ISO6400 and image reduced to 2100x1400, again, no noise reduction was applied... and as you can see below, at the current displayed size, it is still very usable...
