I'm pretty sure some of you might have heard about this, while most do not even know about it yet, its about the redevelopment of Jerudong Park... yepz, JP is going through a phase by phase redevelopment with this 23rd February 2011 mark the reopening of some of the completed changes or upgrade...
This is the presentation presented to us explaining about the redevelopment plans...
Unfortunately, I can't show you all the slides because most of it are still considered P&C... erm... but what the heck, I'll just show you two of the slides... xp
After the presentation, we were given a tour around JP using the new "train" which will be used as a transportation for the public to go around JP once they are given the green light...
The old bumber cars
The new bumper car... coming soon...
This used to be the place where you play the RC boat... it will be changed to something that involve boat too and its for the kids only...
I never knew JP had this game! But as explained by the JPCC staff, this game was only operational for one week before being shut down due to being deem as "unsafe".
and by the look of it, it look quite well maintained for something that is being left out for more than 10 yrs...
The musical fountain area... not much changes will be done here...
New car will be used for the go-kart track... now you can have a passenger with you... :)
This isn't exactly for public... its inside the room of the mini amphitheatre...
RIP MJ...
Yepz, the mountain will also go through some renovation... and it will not involve some sort of rides anymore... but it will involve something that will requires you to "explore"...

Cool... I always believe and hope that JP will be improved and open again so that we all can have fun there like we used to be.... I don't mind paying if everything is nice and up to the relevant standard. Thanks for sharing this....
Hello! saw this link on Tiger Lim's chatbox. I've always loved JP and will try to come with family whenever possible. I've heard about renovations under progress but this article gave quite an insight. Now I can't wait to bring my 10-yr old nephew to explore JP!!
p.s. I'm sharing this on Twitter and Facebook too if you don't mind..
